DSC is co-sponsoring this important Scandinavian festival that celebrates Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish culture (costumes, food, dance, crafts, bake table). DSC will be staffing both a Danish food table (serving aebleskiver and Cocio chocolate milk) and a club info table (1-hour volunteer shifts). Contact Annalisa if you want to volunteer to meet new people and tell them about the wonders of our club. As this is a DSC event, please consider attending even if you're not planning to volunteer. Our brothers/sisters-in-arms from both Dania and Danish Sisterhood will be there, along with our canines-in-arms from the Great Dane Club. Highlights of the event include the Sacramento Area Nordic Dancers, the lovely flag ceremony with anthems, costume contest, Nordic foods and gigantic dogs.
